Being naked and experiencing a sense of complete liberation is what we’re striving for here! There are two ways of having the body you’re happy with:

1. Do all the necessary steps to change (which will be explained below)

2. Learn to accept what you have and love it like it is your only treasure and not change a thing.

These statements may seem to be easily read but they are two of the most challenging experiences any of us can go through. Living in a society that will not simply accept what we are and who we are makes us second guess our gut feelings and leave us with a feeling of not being good enough.

I get a lot of feedback, ironically from women defending men when I am harder on men in view of stepping up and taking ownership of situations. I agree that many men are trying to change and correct the collective of past male atrocities, so it is not all men this is speaking to, but a large majority. In part I am hard on myself because I wish I had been challenged in the past when I should’ve been stepping up. It was in these moments that I needed someone there pushing me to strive and really challenge myself. The ideal would’ve been a man who I could confide in because it wasn’t nurturing I needed, I needed someone to cut through my bullshit and call me out.

Many people don’t make the association that our life energy and sex energy are so interrelated that they both deserve the time to be a priority and focal point in our lives.

We are never taught the importance and significance of our sexuality until we embark on a community of sex positive teachings that awaken a curiosity within us and then begin to explore the various avenues in view of embracing our sex.

I was having a discussion with a dear friend of mine and she and I were speaking about the dynamics around surrender for a woman. This was in relation to her man and how important this process is in experiencing depth in the dance of intimacy.

In this discussion it arose that there is a generalised need that all women are desiring the type of sex that leads them to a sensation of “nirvana” in sex. What women are wanting is for their men to facilitate a containing environment for her to be free within her sexuality and be as expressive as she desires to be without judgment or control. In other words facilitate the sexual freedom she deserves. How that looks will be unique to each women.
