Something Between You Has Shifted. You Can Both Feel It. When the Relationship Stops Working, Something Needs to ChangeÂ
Structured couples work addressing conflict, intimacy breakdown, sexual disconnection and relational strain
What Brings Couples Here
What Brings Couples Here
Most couples arrive when something has been wrong for long enough that it can no longer be ignored.
The arguments that go nowhere. The distance that has quietly grown. The intimacy that has faded or fractured. The sense that you are living alongside each other rather than with each other.
Sometimes it is a specific event — an affair, a loss, a transition — that has exposed a fault line that was always there. Sometimes there is no single cause, just a gradual erosion that neither person knows how to reverse.
Both are workable. But only if the work is honest.

What We Work On
Communication and conflict Patterns of argument, withdrawal, stonewalling and misattunement — and what is actually being said beneath the surface of the fight.
Intimacy and connection Emotional distance, loss of closeness, difficulty being vulnerable with each other — and how to rebuild a genuine bond rather than a managed coexistence.
Sexual disconnection Mismatched desire, avoidance, performance difficulties, shame and the ways in which the sexual relationship reflects and affects everything else. Sex therapy and psychosexual work are fully integrated into couples sessions where relevant — examined directly, without avoidance.
Trust and rupture Affairs, betrayals and breaches of trust — including the psychological work required by both partners to move through them, whether the relationship continues or not.
Transition and change Parenthood, relocation, career change, loss — and the relational strain that major life transitions often produce.

How It Works
Couples sessions are structured and direct. I work with both partners present — examining the dynamic between you, not just the individual experiences of each person.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Available online.
I work from an integrated framework drawing on systemic family therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, existential psychotherapy and clinical sexology. The work is grounded in psychological structure — not mediation, not couples coaching, but genuine clinical work with the relationship as the patient.

IF YOUR RELATIONSHIP FEELS STUCK, THIS IS WHERE THE WORK BEGINS.
We start with a single session. No agenda beyond honesty about what is actually happening — and what both of you actually want.
