What We Work On

People come to me with burnout, relationship breakdown, sexual disconnection, identity confusion, performance anxiety, existential drift and a quiet but persistent sense that something is misaligned. Often several of these at once.

I work across the full range of psychological and existential experience — because these areas do not exist in isolation. Your relationship with your work affects your relationship with your body. Your sexual self-image affects your confidence. Your sense of meaning affects everything.

Areas of Work

Body: Burnout and exhaustion High-functioning people who are performing but running on empty — professionally successful and personally disconnected.

Identity and self-image Who you are beneath the role, the success and the version of yourself you present to the world.

Sexual self-image and disconnection Shame, avoidance, performance anxiety, low desire, difficulty with intimacy — examined without judgment, as part of your overall psychological picture.

Relational strain Patterns that repeat across relationships. Attachment difficulties. The gap between the connection you want and the one you have.

Performance and achievement Sports psychology, executive performance, the psychology of pressure — and what happens when achievement stops feeling like enough.

Existential questions Meaning, direction, mortality, freedom and the felt sense that the life you are living is not quite the one you intended.

Anxiety, grief and loss Including unprocessed experiences that have calcified into patterns of avoidance, control or emotional shutdown.

 

How I Work

My approach draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, existential psychotherapy and clinical sexology — not as separate tools but as an integrated framework informed by the Dharmaplicity Six Domains Model.

Sessions are direct and structured. I do not stay on the surface. I do not provide a space for you to vent without progress. The work is focused on clarity, insight and behavioural change.

We meet weekly or fortnightly. Sessions are 60 minutes, available online and in person.
