About Me

"I believe every individual has the potential to find their flow state and redefine their self-image. My mission is to help you unlock that potential, guiding you toward authentic relationships, personal growth, and a deeper sense of self."

I do not believe in fixing people. I believe most suffering comes from fragmentation. My work confronts truth, restores alignment between identity and sexuality, and builds a self that  stands upright in the world."

I work with capable adults who look composed, successful and in control, yet privately feel misaligned, exhausted, relationally strained or disconnected from themselves.

I have spent over two decades immersed in psychology and sexology, not only studying people but observing how we construct identities, relationships and entire lives around narratives that no longer serve us. My work sits at the intersection of existential psychotherapy, cognitive therapies and systemic thinking, grounded in clinical rigour but unafraid of difficult truth.

Most problems are not what they appear to be.

Burnout is rarely just exhaustion.
Sexual disconnection is rarely just libido.
Relationship breakdown is rarely just communication.

When something fractures in one part of life, it reverberates across the whole system.

This understanding led me to develop the Dharmaplicity Six Domains Model, a framework that examines six core areas of human life: psychological, emotional, relational, physical, financial and spiritual. I do not work in fragments. We look at structure. We look at patterns. We look at what you avoid.

Sexuality is not treated as an optional topic or an awkward add on. It is central. Sexual self image influences confidence, attachment, power dynamics and relational depth. Ignoring it leaves the work incomplete. Approaching it with maturity restores coherence.

I do not believe in therapy that keeps people dependent. I believe in confronting truth with courage. I believe in clarity over comfort. I believe that most people are capable of far more psychological responsibility than they realise.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about aligning you.

Whether we work together briefly or over a longer period, the aim is the same: to restore internal structure so that your external life no longer feels like a performance.

My Values

"I am committed to guiding individuals toward a life of balance, fulfilment, and authentic connection by embracing the power of both the mind and the body. My approach integrates therapy, coaching, and sexual flow states to unlock your highest potential."

Structural Alignment

I do not work in fragments. Psychological, relational and sexual patterns are interconnected. Lasting change requires examining structure rather than treating isolated symptoms.

Sexuality as Psychology

Sexual self image shapes confidence, attachment and power dynamics. It is addressed with psychological seriousness and maturity, not avoidance or sensationalism.

Responsibility Over Dependency

Therapy should strengthen independence, not create reliance. The aim is clarity, regulation and self leadership so you can think clearly and act decisively.
