Couple Session

This session fee of £150 covers a single structured couples session. The work examines the relational system itself — not just individual experiences.

The session includes:

• A structured 60-minute joint session with both partners present
• Examination of communication patterns, attachment dynamics and relational disconnection
• A clear assessment of what is driving the difficulty and what needs to shift

Please note: ongoing couples work is structured session by session. Longer programmes are available and can be discussed following your initial session.
