Civil Mediation ā€” Initial Joint Session
This session fee of Ā£250 per person covers your first structured joint mediation session. Prior to this session you will have completed your MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting), in which the nature of the dispute is established and mediation is confirmed as the appropriate route forward.
The initial joint session includes:
- A structured 2-hour facilitated mediation session
- Shuttle mediation option available where direct communication is not appropriate
- Session notes and routine follow-up correspondence
Please note: fees for subsequent sessions and additional joint sessions are agreed separately following the initial session. A full fee schedule will be provided at the close of your MIAM.
All sessions are conducted under supervised practice as a WTA mediator .
