MIAM — Mediation Assessment

This fee of £175 per person covers your Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting — your first step into any mediation process.

The MIAM includes:

• A confidential 45–60 minute individual session with each party separately
• Assessment of the nature of your dispute and whether mediation is the right route forward
• Report sign-off included in the fee

Please note: the £175 fee is deducted from your first joint session should you proceed. Applies to family, civil and community mediation.
