Here, you’ll find space to heal, reconnect, and transform — guided with care, compassion, and integrity at every stage of the journey.

A Journey of Transformation
This retreat is more than an event — it is a sacred passage into self-discovery, healing, and profound connection with yourself and others. Every step is designed to help you unfold into your fullest potential.

A Safe & Sacred Space
With a blend of psychology, sexology, somatic work, and ceremony, we create a container of trust, compassion, and care. In this intimate setting, your story matters, your nervous system can rest, and your truths can be honoured.

Guided Every Step
You are never alone in this process. With experienced therapists by your side and a supportive circle around you, you’ll be held before, during, and after retreat — ensuring your insights flow into everyday life.
Meet Your Guides
Welcome to our shared space of healing, where science and spirit meet.
We are Dr Massimo Fontana and Katarzyna (Kat) Korobacz, two therapists brought together by a deep passion for guiding people through personal journeys of transformation.
Together, we hold this retreat as a sacred container - a place where you can feel safe enough to let go, get curious, explore, be yourself and feel supported to grow in ways you may never have imagined.

Katarzyna Korobacz
My journey has always been about walking alongside people in their most tender and vulnerable moments. I have worked across the NHS in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, emergency services, and crisis teams.
As a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, I currently work within a specialist NHS service supporting individuals with longstanding and complex emotional difficulties.
Additionally, I run my private practice online, a space where everyone is welcome, though my particular areas of expertise include trauma, relational challenges, and enduring emotional difficulties.
My approach is both practical and compassionate, grounded in evidence-based therapies yet enriched by somatic work practices. What matters most to me is that people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves from a place of choice and empowerment.
The space I offer is non-judgmental, honouring each person’s pace and respecting the natural timing of their process with a deep respect for the nervous system’s rebalancing.
I believe every individual carries an innate wisdom for healing, and my role is to create the conditions where that wisdom can be heard, trusted, and ultimately embraced.

Dr Massimo Fontana
My path of discovery has led me to explore the disciplines of psychology, sexology, and existential therapy, where I have come to realise that healing is not about repairing something broken. Rather, it is about remembering the wholeness that has always been present, and recognising that the tools we need are already within reach.
With a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and a Master’s in CBT, my work weaves together psychotherapy, relational practice, and somatic awareness. I focus on supporting individuals and couples to rediscover their self image authentically, with the confidence to meet life on their own terms.
I engage with human suffering on many levels, from anxiety and trauma to sexual challenges, intimacy struggles, and relationship repair.
No subject is excluded, and I pride myself on holding space without judgment and with deep appreciation for each person’s unique exploration.
I am drawn to the interplay of masculine and feminine energies, the ways our personal stories live in the body, and the courage it takes to live truthfully in the world.
Ceremony is a mirror, one that reveals not only what we must release, but also the wellspring of potential waiting to be seen, honoured, and embraced.
Our Mission
Though our backgrounds are different, our purpose is shared. We bring our voices, perspectives, and practices together to create retreats that honour both the clinical and the mystical, the psychological and the ceremonial. We believe that true transformation happens in relationship: with yourself, with others, and with the medicine. For us, the mycelium is only one part of the journey — the real magic is found in the people you meet, the insights you uncover, and the community you carry with you long after the retreat ends.
It is our privilege to hold this space with integrity, care, and reverence. When you step into retreat with us, you are not entering a program; you are entering a circle — one built on compassion, presence, and respect for the profound work you are undertaking. We are here to walk alongside you as guides, witnesses, and fellow humans on the path of becoming.
Our Approach
Our work together rests on this simple yet profound foundation. With decades of combined experience in psychology, sexology, trauma work, and relational therapy, we bring both clinical expertise and lived wisdom into the retreat space.
Every journey begins well before the retreat itself. Through preparatory consultations, medical screening, and dietary guidance. We take time to truly understand you — your story, your intentions, and your hopes. Together, we co-create a space of conscious preparation, ensuring your journey into the ceremony is not only safe and intentional, but also deeply personal
During retreat, you are held within an intimate group of no more than six participants. With two therapists present throughout, you are supported with unwavering presence, compassion, and care. The ceremonies are guided with reverence and integrity, so you can surrender to the experience knowing your safety and well-being are nurtured with compassion and presence.
